BMW F 800 GS Adventure Review
Information on BMW F 800 GS Adventure Review and specifications
The BMW F 800 GS Adventure is another addition to the BMW Motorrad’s middleweight section. While on the surface it may see that the F 800 GS has simply been restyled, however, the updates in the BMW F 800 GS Adventure’s specifications speak otherwise. It has a larger 6.3 gallon fuel tank, improved wind protection, more comfortable seats and off-road guards specifically for the fuel tank, engine and the handlebars.
Another important addition is the endure-specific ride mode for the ABS and ACS systems. The inside of the BMW F 800 GS Adventure travel edition maintains the 798 cc, 4 stroke and two cylinder engine with overhead camshafts and four valves per cylinder along with dry sump lubrication.
The increased wind shield with little cutouts give better cover to the rider as do the wide side covers that protect the riders’ legs as is found in the BMW F 800 GS Adventure test ride. The seats are not only more comfortable for longer ride they have also been lowered by about half an inch. The BMW F 800 GS Adventure review categorizes it as an all season motorcycle. The BMW F 800 GS Adventure’s accessories include the same heated grips, computer on board, and a central stand. While the base price of the BMW F 800 GS Adventure is $ 13,550; the premium package is priced at $ 14,350.
